Overview
GPT2Notion helps users export important ChatGPT conversations to Notion for free, with optional Markdown backups.
This page provides the main support channel, basic troubleshooting steps, and the information users should include when reporting an issue.

Before reporting a problem
- Confirm that the extension is being used on a supported ChatGPT conversation page.
- Confirm that Notion connection has completed successfully.
- Confirm that the selected Notion destination is available.
- Try the action again after reopening the ChatGPT page.
- If using local export, confirm that the local save folder is configured.
What to include in a bug report

Save to NotionorSave locally - the page type involved, such as normal chat, project, or group chat

Common problem areas
Notion connection fails
Check whether the OAuth flow completed, whether the broker authorization window returned to the extension, and whether the extension still shows an active Notion connection.
Save to Notion fails
Check whether a destination page or database is available and whether the connected Notion workspace still has access.
Local export fails
Check whether a local export folder has been configured in extension settings. GPT2Notion saves local exports as Markdown.
Saved result is incomplete
Some conversations may contain images, diagrams, or edge-case layouts that are harder to reproduce exactly. Include the conversation type and visible symptoms when reporting the issue.
